I’m proud of my roots in Ward 8. I’m the daughter of a single mother, a nurse and union organizer, and a father who worked in construction. My family’s working-class experience is the foundation for my commitment to pushing actionable, forward-thinking, progressive policy at City Hall. 

 

I understand the struggles many of my Ward 8 neighbors face because I’ve lived them myself.  I’m running for City Council to be a representative leader who listens and is responsive, is thoughtful in my approach to solving complex problems, and puts real progress before politics as usual.
